Please join us on July 4th – we would really appreciate your support!
We hope that on July 4th that at least 100 people will do one of two Sponsored Walks to support the work of Exeter Foodbank.
For more serious walkers, there is the 12 mile Exeter Green Circle. For a shorter, accessible and simple walk, there is The Exeter City Wall Trail (which is approximately 1.6miles)
We will send out all of the info to people upon registration.
Outline of the day:
– 9.00 – 10.00 am Sign-in at Exeter Foodbank, 174-175 Cowick Street, Exeter, EX4 1AA.
– Get the last piece of info and set off on your walk!
– 9.00am – 5.00pm We will be open all day for tea, coffee and a chat.
– Anyone will be welcome to come in and drop food donations in the day; we will be asking for food donations too.
– 5.00pm – We will check that everyone is accounted for and end our day!

1) Please Register yourself and your walking companions; download this form and email it to: mark@exeterfoodbank.org.uk

2) The best way to raise sponsorship is to set up an online fundraising page which is linked to the Exeter Foodbank Just Giving Page. It is easier to email a link or to text to friends and family who may want to support you. The info on how to set up a fundraiser is here – and if you have any issues, please email Mark at Foodbank. He will be very happy to help.
3) Some people do prefer a paper sponsorship form – so we are happy to help!
The form can either be downloaded here or you can email mark@exeterfoodbank.org.uk and he will be happy to post you a paper form.
We hope to make it a fun day!
We hope to have some activities running at our Cowick Street home during the day and we will be highlighting these on Social Media as the day approaches.
We believe that the work that we do makes a huge difference to a lot of people.
Sometimes we ask for food donations. Other times we need your support to keep the venues open, the vans running and the Advice Services offering hope. But every single one of these is an essential part of what we do.
