We anticipate that this Christmas is going to be an extremely busy time for us at Exeter Foodbank as the cost of living impacts many people, the weather gets colder and the heating goes on.
Because of the high levels of demand, we will be focussing all of our efforts on food for times of emergency and crisis. We do hope to include a few seasonal food treats like chocolates, cakes and biscuits too (but this is subject to donations).
In previous years we have given toy vouchers or other items. Sadly, we cannot offer that this year. We are putting all of our resources into standard food items to ensure that people have enough to keep meals on their tables.
If you are in an emergency and crisis situation. We will do our very best to provide standard food items.
