We like to share this information leaflet as we know that it is widely used by other charities, agencies and groups around the city.
It is designed for people who are trying to navigate the way to find help in their particular crisis. We try to keep it as simple as possible and not to overwhelm people with information – so it is not an exhaustive list of the amazing help that is available in Exeter.
Thanks to our wonderful volunteer, Sacha, this has been updated so all of the websites, phone numbers and opening hours are accurate (or they were last week!)
