Exeter foodbank provides at least three days of nutritionally balanced, non-perishable food.
What food we give
The Trussell Trust has worked with nutritionists to ensure food parcels contains sufficient nutrition for at least five days worth of healthy, balanced meals for individuals and families.
At Exeter Foodbank we are very proud of our shopping experience, which allows you to choose your own items, so you can choose your favourite items.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
We have fresh fruit, vegetables and bread at our main distribution site. Toiletries, feminine hygiene products, nappies, baby food and pet food are also provided (subject to availability).
If you have children aged 0-4 or are pregnant, you may also be eligible for NHS Healthy Start vouchers. With Healthy Start, you get free vouchers every week to spend on milk, fruit, vegetables, and infant formula milk. You can also get free vitamins. Please see here for details.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Exeter Foodbank can usually adapt your food parcel to meet your dietary needs, for example, gluten free, halal or vegetarian. When you arrive at the foodbank centre, a volunteer will chat to you about an special dietary requirements you may have.
